Three advanced features delivered by subagents:

1. CUSTOM ANALYSIS RULES ENGINE
   - 4 rule types: pattern, complexity, naming, structure
   - Load from .quality/custom-rules.json
   - Severity levels: critical (-2), warning (-1), info (-0.5)
