What Was Discovered

  1. Framework-essential components (180) cannot and should not be converted to JSON

    • These are architectural foundations
    • Attempting conversion would break the application
    • They should be explicitly excluded from JSON migration
  2. Application components (256+) can theoretically be converted to JSON

    • These follow predictable patterns
    • Custom hooks handle all stateful logic
    • JSON structure can express all variations
  3. Optimal architecture is two-tier

    • Framework layer: TSX (stable, isolated)
    • Application layer: JSON (scalable, testable)
