Document the Playwright E2E tests in packages/system_critical_flows/
that prove all critical user flows work end-to-end:
- 20 declarative JSON tests
- Auto-discovered and executed
- Covers public, auth, dashboard, admin, packages, UI, errors, performance
- 100% declarative (no hardcoded TypeScript tests)
