- Remove id field: InstalledPackage uses packageId as @id primary key - Remove updatedAt field: Not defined in Prisma schema - Revert tenantId back to null: 'default' tenant may not exist - Schema defines: packageId @id, tenantId?, installedAt, version, enabled, config?
