- frontends/cli: sol2/3.4.1 → 3.5.0, lua/5.4.7 → 5.4.6 (sol2 compat)
- frontends/qt6: qt/6.8.1 → 6.7.3 (6.8.x has Xcode version check issues)
- services/media_daemon: fmt/12.0.1 → 12.0.0 (spdlog compat)

All Conan installs now succeed with --build=missing
