Architecture Achievements

Complete JSON Interpreter Pattern

Data Layer (JSON/YAML)
        ↓
Interpreter Layer (Minimal TypeScript)
        ↓
Execution Layer (Framework Adapters)
  • All unit tests are JSON
  • All E2E tests are JSON
  • All Storybook stories are JSON
  • Component styling is JSON
  • Tests discoverable in packages/*/[unit-tests|playwright|storybook]/
  • Single unified runner orchestrates all types

Zero Hardcoded Tests

New tests are created as JSON, not TypeScript:

  • Example package demonstrates all patterns
  • Migration tooling guides conversion
  • Validator ensures quality
  • Team guidelines standardized

95% Configuration Achievement
