JohnDoe6345789 2573e91397 fix: resolve ESLint/TS config for frontends/nextjs 
- Remove broken symlinks, create local config files
- Fix Next.js 16 lint command (removed 'next lint')
- Fix FormErrors interface → type alias (mapped type)
- Fix constant truthiness in utils.test.ts
- Update tsconfig.json for proper path resolution
- Install missing ESLint dependencies
