33be8aa9db fix(emailclient): 10-issue polish pass — visual feedback, state sync, UX 
- Selected email card: add secondary-container bg + left accent border
- Unread email cards: add primary left border accent
- StarButton: sync local state with parent via useEffect([isStarred])
- Initial dark mode: useEffect applies data-theme on mount
- Star active color: amber #f9a825 via .star-button--active CSS rule
- Unread count badge: styled as pill with primary-container background
- Empty state: add inbox/folder_open material icon
- Folder toolbar label: capitalize + replace underscores with spaces
- ComposeWindow: CC/BCC hidden by default, revealed via Cc/Bcc button
- Email header: flex layout for .header-top, column gap for .header-details

f22caa6e16 refactor(emailclient): full a11y pass, component decomposition, keyboard shortcuts 
Accessibility:
- All components: data-testid, aria-label, aria-pressed, aria-current
- ComposeWindow: role=dialog, aria-modal, focus trap, Escape handler
- EmailCard: role=article, keyboard nav (Enter/Space), aria-current
- ThreadList: role=list with listitem wrappers, role=status empty state
- FolderNavigation: role=navigation, role=list, aria-current
- RecipientInput: role=group, aria-label per type, onKeyPress→onKeyDown
- BodyEditor: role=toolbar, aria-pressed on mode buttons
- StarButton: MaterialIcon (star/star_border), dynamic aria-label
- MarkAsReadCheckbox: dynamic label based on read state
- EmailHeader: role=banner, <time> element, data-testids

Component decomposition:
- Extract useEmailClient hook (state + callbacks)
- Extract demo-emails.ts (data constants)
- EmailClientContent.tsx: 267→127 LOC (composition only)

New: useKeyboardShortcuts hook (Gmail-style, 47 LOC)

6fab12f10d feat(emailclient): MD3 icons, softer dark mode, full header toolbar 
- Replace all emoji with Material Symbols Outlined (self-hosted woff2)
- Softer dark mode palette (blue-purple surface tones instead of near-black)
- Header: burger menu, notifications bell with badge, theme switcher,
  language selector, settings, avatar
- Folder nav icons render via Material Symbols font ligatures
- Fix Dockerfile to copy public/ dir for font serving
- Improved padding and spacing throughout

8c21105d72 refactor(emailclient): extract MailboxHeader, MailboxSidebar, EmailDetail components 
Moves inline JSX from EmailClientContent into proper FakeMUI email
components in components/fakemui/email/layout/. All styling uses M3
CSS custom properties (--mat-sys-*) from the FakeMUI token system.

New components:
- MailboxHeader: top bar with search, avatar, settings
- MailboxSidebar: compose button + folder navigation
- EmailDetail: reading pane with toolbar, header, body, reply bar

75b67f8683 sync: align fat repo structure with metabuilder-small 
Remove stale dirs/files superseded by metabuilder-small's reorganization:
- Old YAML entity/seed files (migrated to JSON)
- Root-level workflowui/ (moved to frontends/workflowui/)
- Prisma, Pyodide, old hooks, bun.lock artifacts
- Legacy scratch docs (txt/, docs/, deployment/*.md)
- Stale CI workflows consolidated in small

c406b8df96 refactor: Reorganize FakeMUI by implementation type 
Move FakeMUI content to appropriate root-level folders by implementation:

**React Components → components/fakemui/**
- 537 components (inputs, surfaces, layout, data-display, feedback,
  navigation, utils, atoms, lab, x, email, workflows)
- 416 SVG icons
- Full barrel exports in components/fakemui/index.ts

**QML Components → qml/**
- 104 Material Design 3 components (11 categories)
- 7 hybrid application views
- 8 desktop widgets
- qmldir module registration

**Python Bindings → python/fakemui/**
- 15 PyQt6 modules (120+ components)
- Full Python package structure with pyproject.toml

**SCSS/Styles → fakemui/** (renamed purpose)
- scss/ - Material Design 3 stylesheets
- styles/ - Component SCSS modules
- src/utils/ - Accessibility utilities
- index.ts now re-exports from components/fakemui/

This separation allows:
- React: import { Button } from '@metabuilder/components/fakemui'
- QML: import QmlComponents 1.0
- Python: from fakemui import Button, Card
- Backward compat: import { Button } from '@metabuilder/fakemui'

FakeMUI Components (MUI API compatibility):
- Add sx prop support to all components via sxToStyle utility
- Add MUI-style variants to Button (contained, outlined)
- Add component prop to Typography for polymorphic rendering
- Add label prop to Chip (MUI uses label vs children)
- Add edge/color/size props to IconButton
- Add component prop to List for nav rendering
- Add href support to ListItemButton
- Add variant prop to Avatar
- Add PaperProps to Drawer

New @metabuilder/components package:
- vanilla/loading - LoadingIndicator, InlineLoader, AsyncLoading
- vanilla/error - ErrorBoundary, ErrorDisplay, withErrorBoundary
- vanilla/empty-state - EmptyState + 7 specialized variants
- vanilla/skeleton - Skeleton + 6 specialized variants
- Organized by framework: vanilla/, radix/, fakemui/

Hooks consolidation (FakeMUI → root hooks/):
- useAccessible (5 accessibility hooks)
- useToast with ToastProvider
- FakeMUI re-exports from hooks for backward compatibility

WorkflowUI fixes:
- Fix showNotification → useUI error/success methods
- Fix Redux reducer setTimeout (Immer proxy issue)
- Fix useRef type error
- Update to Next.js 16.1.6 with webpack mode
- Add @metabuilder/fakemui dependency
