29da2e24d4 Add microagents scaffolding for SDLC workflows 
- Created ExampleAgent, BuildAgent, TestAgent, LintAgent, DocGenAgent, DeployAgent, DepUpdateAgent, RoadmapAgent under agents/
- Added CLI stubs and READMEs for each agent
- Updated AGENTS.md with all agent entries
